Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, LA FIGURE will gladly Exchange or issue a Credit Note (as a Gift Card) upon receipt of full priced items only.

To process a return or exchange, please email contact@lafigure.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.  You will then be issued with a Return Authorisation number (RA).

Once you receive your RA, items must be returned via a trackable delivery method to our return address as follows:

-  We will not be responsible for items we do not receive.
-  The cost of all returns are the customer's responsibility.
-  'Change of Size' and 'Faulty' exchanges will be sent free of charge (some conditions may apply).
-  'Change of Mind' delivery costs will be the customer's responsibility.
-  All items being returned must be received within 14 days of purchase in original condition, unworn and with all original swing tickets attached.
-  IMPORTANT: Your own underwear MUST BE WORN at all times when trying on Underwear and Swimwear items purchased via our website. 
-  Alternatively, items can also be returned or exchanged in person at any of our retail stores.
-  A copy of your Proof of Purchase must be included/presented with all returns.

Please note we do not issue refunds, except under circumstances stipulated by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
